Based on the idea that competition is in the core of our human DNA, 21st Century Academic Forum through its global partners organize "incentivized challenges" to find solutions to critical issues. One issue at the center of 21CAF's mission is the contemplation of what the world will "look like" in the future and ways we can best prepare young people for the world of work and society at large.

CHALLENGE 2030 is a competition that challenges students to look into their future and provide suggestions for how to best prepare them for an uncertain future in the year 2030 and beyond.
